If the client fails to download the form, try the following steps to delete the browsing history and cookies:
Step1: In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Internet options.
Step2: Under Browsing history, select Delete.
Step3: Make sure the “Cookies and website data” and “History” box is checked.
Step4: Select Delete, and then select OK to exit Internet options.
After finishing the above steps, please restart the browser and download the forms again. If the problem still exits, please contact our Online Customer Support.
