【Deposit Process】

 

 


Step 1: Deposit Funds

Customers can deposit funds via the Company’s designated Hong Kong Bank Account:

  1. Bank and ATM
  2. Internet Banking
  3. Wire Transfer
  4. Cheque

Step 2: Remittance Notification

Customers need to bear in mind that each time they make a funds deposit, they are required to retain the deposit slip of the transaction, (Choose one from the below)

(1) and fill up a Deposit Form.A signed and completed copy of the form should be sent via email to deposit@99gold.com.hk or faxed to (852) 3748 8499; or

(2) submit Deposit E-Form

and notify our customer service via calling our Hong Kong Customer Service Hotline(852) 37 488 488 / China Toll Free Hotline 4001 200 812 / 24 Hours Interactive Voice Response Hotline(852) 37 488 489, or contact us via online customer service.

Once the customer’s deposit has been verified, you may immediately start trading online on the platform.

Note:

  1. The Company will only accept funds which are deposited in the Customer’s name, and will not accept any third party deposits.

  2. All deposits must be verified for remittance via phone or our online customer support.

  3. Daily Cut-off time for deposits are 6pm Hong Kong Time, and deposits made after this cut-off time will be valued and deposited the next business day.

  4. 4. The Company reserves the right to final decision on the effective time deposits are made.


Step 3: Funds Deposited into Trading Account

Once your deposit or wire transfer has been confirmed, YUS International Bullion Limited will deposit the funds into your trading account on the electronic platform.

 


Step 4: Start Trading

Once the deposit has been verified and transferred into the trading account, customers may immediately start placing trades for Precious metals on the platform.

 



 

  

【Withdrawal Process】

 


 

Step 1: Fill up Withdrawal Form

To make withdrawals, (Choose one from the below)

(1) please fill up a Withdrawal Request From. A signed and completed copy of the form should be sent via email to withdrawal@99gold.com.hk or faxed to(852) 37 488 499;or

(2) Submit Withdrawal Request E-Form

and notify our customer service via calling our Hong Kong Customer Service Hotline(852) 37 488 488 / China Toll Free Hotline 4001 200 812 / 24 Hours Interactive Voice Response Hotline(852) 37 488 489 or contact us via online customer service.

 


Step 2: Verification of information

The Company will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal instructions, and once relevant information has been verified and confirmed, the stated amount will be withdrawn from the customer’s trading account.

(“Withdrawal Form” can be downloaded here on our website under<< Forms Download>>, or via request from online customer support.)

 


Step 3: Funds deposit into Bank account

YUS International Bullion Limited will effect the remittance in accordance with customer’s bank information into the designated bank account.

 


Note:

  1. The Company will only effect funds withdrawal to accounts which are in the Customer’s name, and will not accept any withdrawals to third party’s bank account.
  2. In order to avoid delays in withdrawals, customers should confirm that their bank account information is correct before submitting withdrawal instructions. Withdrawal of funds has to go back to same registered bank account to which deposit was made from, and in the same currency in which deposit was made.
  3. If withdrawal of funds are made to accounts outside of Hong Kong, the Company will effect transfers via Telegraphic Transfer. Any beneficiary bank charges, intermediary bank charges and admin cost will be deducted from the customer’s account.
  4. If customers make a withdrawal of funds within one week of funds deposits, and at least 50% of the funds deposited have not been used for placing trading positions, or if the most recent deposit has not been used to place trading positions, The Company reserves the right to freeze the Customer’s funds for seven working days upon receiving withdrawal instructions. This is required for internal audit reviews of the withdrawal.
  5. Upon receipt of Customer’s withdrawal requests, funds usually take 1-2 working days to arrive in customer’s bank account, and depending on customer’s bank’s withdrawal arrangements, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
  6. The cut-off time for withdrawal each day is 12pm Hong Kong Time. Withdrawals made after this time will be processed on the next working day.
  7. The Company reserves the right to final decision on the effective time withdrawals are made.
